Saison brewed in 2021 using Pilsner malt, wheat malt, and wheat flakes. Fermentation took place in oak barrels with the help of a blend of wild yeasts and bacteria. A year before bottling, freshly harvested blueberries were added. After bottling, the beer spent 5 months refermenting. As a result, we get a dry, sour beer with distinct 'funky' notes from the wild yeasts and rustic flavors of blueberries
