Nelson Sauvin hops in the whirlpool and dry hop provide a stable, beautiful haze and plenty of white fruit character. Citra adds the signature citrusy hop notes, while Dolcita, a new variety previously known under the trade number 1019, brings bold and expressive character to the mix.
